Expected Hours of Work

<li>Conduct regular quality assurance assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback and coaching to contact centre staff;</li>
<li>Develop and implement effective strategies and practices to reach optimal First Contact Resolution (FCR) to enhance customer satisfaction and improve overall service quality;</li>
<li>Collaborate with CC Management and Team Leaders to identify agent knowledge/skill gaps and ensure QA performance trends are supported by actionable data;</li>
<li>Coordinate with the People Team on recruitment including interviewing and lead selection process decisions ensuring they meet desired skills and competencies;</li>
<li>Manage stock of training consumables and ensure its proper usage;</li>
<li>Update, maintain CC staff data register;</li>
<li>Liaise with the marketing team, and become a liaison between the contact centre and marketing to provide specialised customer feedback to help support product launches and FAQs;</li>
<li>Create QA guidelines for the teams and ensure its upkeep;</li>
<li>Conduct specialised side-by-side coaching with agents that are new to ensure that what was learnt in the classroom, is followed through;</li>
<li>Provide specialised assistance and training to other contact centre teams including Reception, Processing and Multi-Channel;</li>

<li>Assist in understand the competitive landscape and GO’s positioning together with performing ongoing competitive benchmarking and proposing timely reaction to new competitor launches, to ensure competitiveness at all times;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide recommendations, based on the analysis, on the way forward;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Take products through the company’s Product Development process, vis a vis the Customer Journey, to ensure that an excellent Customer Experience is delivered;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Continually seek input and feedback from GO’s frontline staff on product improvements and possible new offerings, plus ensuring that the Sales function can sell the respective products and have access to adequate training.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Measure and feedback 3P products results in terms of ROI and customer take-up monthly against pre-agreed KPIs and targets;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support CRM activities to increase customer take-up across all sales and communications channels;&nbsp;</li>
<li>May be assigned different duties in accordance to Group exigencies from time to time.&nbsp;</li>

This role is ideal for an ACCA student or accounting graduate, offering exposure to monthly reporting, balance sheet processes, fixed assets accounting and Group reporting, while working closely with experienced finance professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

<li>Updating and maintaining the fixed assets register, including additions, disposals, depreciation calculations and reconciliation to the general ledger.</li>
<li>Assisting in the preparation of financial information for Group reporting and supporting the financial consolidation process.</li>
<li>Preparing reporting schedules and analyses to support monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements.</li>
<li>Assisting in the preparation of notes to the annual financial statements and other statutory reporting disclosures.</li>
<li>Reviewing and analysing cost items within assigned areas and preparing variance explanations.</li>
<li>Performing bank reconciliations and supporting treasury-related reporting.</li>
<li>Assisting during external audit processes, including the annual audit, interim review and June review.</li>
<li>Supporting the preparation of ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as requested.</li>
<li>Carrying out other duties as assigned in line with Group requirements.</li>
