- Experience conducting site surveys and translating technical requirements into customer-friendly proposals.
- Valid driving licence required
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent) and quoting/ERP tools (NetSuite or equivalent).
- Familiarity with project tracking tools (Monday.com or similar).

- Previous experience in the telecoms, ISP, smart-home, or security industry.
- Working knowledge of CCTV systems and smart-building technologies.
- Vendor certifications in networking or security — e.g., Ubiquiti, Cisco, Uniview, MikroTik
If this describes you, here’s a glimpse of what you will be doing in this position:
- Own the full sales lifecycle, from identifying and qualifying opportunities, through on-site discovery and solution design, to negotiating commercial terms and closing — including upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise revenue per project.
- Conduct site survey, assessing premises, infrastructure, and requirements to design tailored, fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Present and sell WiFi Crew solutions — including structured cabling, WiFi coverage, CCTV (Uniview), smart-home integration, and network upgrades — achieving and exceeding monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Design and quote solutions using standardised survey templates, the GO price book, and estimation tools, generating accurate quotes through NetSuite within agreed SLAs.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline via Salesforce CRM, taking full accountability for pipeline accuracy, revenue forecasting, and weekly reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and positioning GO as a trusted partner across the customer lifecycle.
- Ensure clean project handovers to the field technician team via Service Ops systems — including full scope, materials list, and scheduling — and coordinate with the back-office team on invoicing and order processing.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key referral channels — property developers, architects, interior designers, and property managers — to generate qualified leads and build long-term commercial value.
- Provide market intelligence to the Network Solutions Manager on emerging customer trends, competitor positioning, and new segment opportunities; stay informed on evolving technologies to ensure solution recommendations reflect current best practices.
