Overview

We are now looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Network Security Engineer to join our IP CORE team at GO. In this role you will be responsible for the design, implementation and support of our IP CORE networks, playing a key role in delivering reliable and cutting-edge services to our customers.

Here’s what you need to have to match our requirements.

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or Technical IT field.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Have a positive attitude and can-do approach.
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge in networking technologies and automation, with a special focus to security. (Good to have but not mandatory)

Key Development and Responsibilities:

  • Gain hands-on exposure in the operation of core network infrastructure, including Routers, Switches, WiFi, Firewalls and SLBs.
  • Build strong foundations in networking and NetDevOps principles.
  • Gain hands-on experience with automation, CI/CD concepts, and infrastructure as code.
  • Learn how intelligent monitoring and AI-driven insights improve network operations.
  • Support day-to-day monitoring of network performance and KPIs.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolution of network issues under guidance.
  • Participate in core network projects such as upgrades and new service launches.
  • Help with the installation, configuration and testing of core network elements.
  • Develop troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills in an engineering environment.
  • Work closely with experienced engineers, internal teams and vendors to ensure service reliability.
  • This role offers structured mentoring and on-the-job training within a live telecom network environment.
