As our Manager of Wholesale Voice and Data, you will act as the key interface between the GO Group’s wholesale functions and local/international carriers, ensuring strong partner relationships while maintaining and growing the business. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in growing the business, driving performance, and shaping an important part of the Group’s wholesale strategy.

- A degree in Engineering or a related technical field and/or 5+ years’ experience in telecommunications, specifically in wholesale or carrier relationship management.
- Previous leadership experience, with a track record of managing and motivating teams
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in business solutions, deal closure, pricing, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Solid technical background in electronic communications, with networking knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks within the telecommunications industry

If this describes you, here’s a glimpse of what you will be doing in this position:
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with International Carriers, local operators and key vendors by acting as the interface and focal point with respect to voice and data services for the GO Group, ensuring that related issues raised by clients are dealt with promptly and in a satisfactory manner.
- Actively contribute to the formulation of the strategy and managing the team effectively in creating new and improving existent revenue streams for the Wholesale business.
- The drafting and negotiation of new agreements, and follow up and closure of deals, renewals and amendments to existing agreements with respect to Services Portfolio.
- Plan forecasts and negotiate and procure the capacity requirements with International Carriers and local operators.
- Provide advice and propose solutions to external and internal client requirements and evaluate, recommend and, where applicable, implement services and solutions to enhance the entrusted Services Portfolio.
- Carry out all necessary studies, analysis and cost calculations with the aim of minimizing the wholesale cost for the Group.
- Co-ordination with the execution of projects thereof by liaising with Technical, Finance, Legal, IT/Billing and other sections within the respective organisations.
- Represent the GO Group in international conferences, trade events, fairs, exhibitions and meetings as necessary.
- Providing support to line management with commercial justification for network upgrades, capital investments as well as with pricing and business models.
- Keeping abreast with local and EU legal and regulatory wholesale and retail developments.
- Continuing to evaluate the timely adjustment of International and Wholesale Services product strategy and plans, to meet changing market and competitive conditions to ensure the attainment of the Group’s aspiration of the overall Wholesale strategic objectives.
