Are you a great problem solver who is tech savvy and loves dealing with customers? We are looking for an Enterprise Services Specialist who will be responsible to fully manage enterprise customers’ setups from design phase to service delivery and after sales support according to the Service Level Agreements. You will also need to research new technologies and design new solutions for Enterprise Customers and support the other members of the team with the implementation and support of such solutions.

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a customer facing technical role implementing and supporting ICT solutions 

• Proficiency in networking or enterprise communication technologies, supported by relevant certification such as Cisco CCNA, Alcatel ACSE or equivalent from other vendors/institutions. 

• Possess previous working experience with on technologies, such as;

- CRM Systems
- Hotel Management Systems
- Contact Centre Platforms
- PABX Systems (On-Prem, Hybrid and Cloud)
- Enterprise Networking
- Ethernet services
- VOIP/SIP
- IP security
- Services such as email, DNS, web services
- Windows and Linux Administration
- VMware or other Hypervisors 

• Excellent troubleshooting skills 

• Be self-driven, results-oriented, with excellent analytical skills 

• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written (Maltese and English) 

• In possession of a valid driving license and the ability to drive

This is how you can hit a few more plus points for this position:

• Previous experience in a development environment and/or Java and/or XML WEB Services 

• Experience with telecom call accounting, call recorders, and reporting systems

• Hands-on exposure to enterprise-grade networking and telecom infrastructures

• Familiarity with industrial 4G/LTE routers and gateways, including Teltonika devices or similar enterprise grade solutions

• Understanding of WAN design, Datacentre operations, and Colocation services

• Practical experience with cloud platforms, deploying virtual appliances, and using SaaS applications in business environments

If this describes you, then this is a glimpse of what you'll be doing:

• Dealing directly with customer requests 

• Liaising with the Business Sales team to understand customer applications and requirements 

• Acting as a point of reference for the area of specialization to sales and senior ICT support executives. 

• Issuing bill of quantities for works as required by clients/bids/tenders 

• Collaborating and working with leading brands in the industry such as but not limited to Cisco, HP, Dell, Alcatel Lucent, Mikrotik, Grandstream and Ubiquiti 

• Responsible for the implementation and support of PABX and networking solutions based on state-of-the-art technologies, such as VPN, high-availability IP setups, Intrusion Detection Systems, security, VOIP and WIFI systems. 

• Developing processes and standards to govern the engineering and implementation of these networking services 

• Delivering internal and external training on the new and existing technologies that may be sold and supported. 

• Implementing and maintain lab and demo environments for a select set of solutions. 

• Designing and implementation support, troubleshooting and performance tuning of converged IT and communication solutions. 

• Acting as the liaison between the company and certified vendors to research and recommend enhanced technology and experience solutions 

• Maintaining active vendor certifications and specialize in new areas as required. 

• Coordinating between different departments/divisions to provide best level of service to our clients 

• Coordinating upgrade and installation schedules with clients and the internal sales team and act as project lead with regard to costs, design, implementation, training and post implementation support. 

• Continuing to stay abreast with new technologies within the industry, and evaluate the applicability of those technologies within the client environment 

• Specific areas of accountability include operational support, preventive maintenance, security, capacity planning, traffic engineering, systems documentation, incident response, performance analysis & pre-sales activities
