As the Marketing Product Owner, you will support the development, execution, and performance monitoring of GO Group products and propositions within the Commercial Team. You will help ensure that products and services are designed around customer needs, deliver outstanding experiences, and achieve key commercial objectives.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar;
- A minimum of 1 year experience working in a product management, product ownership, marketing or a related field;
- Proficiency in using Microsoft suite.
If this describes you, here’s a glimpse of what you will be doing in this position:
- Support the identification of customer needs and market opportunities to drive strategy and work with other team members and key stakeholders to find innovative and new products;
- Assist in understand the competitive landscape and GO’s positioning together with performing ongoing competitive benchmarking and proposing timely reaction to new competitor launches, to ensure competitiveness at all times;
- Provide recommendations, based on the analysis, on the way forward;
- Take products through the company’s Product Development process, vis a vis the Customer Journey, to ensure that an excellent Customer Experience is delivered;
- Continually seek input and feedback from GO’s frontline staff on product improvements and possible new offerings, plus ensuring that the Sales function can sell the respective products and have access to adequate training.
- Measure and feedback 3P products results in terms of ROI and customer take-up monthly against pre-agreed KPIs and targets;
- Support CRM activities to increase customer take-up across all sales and communications channels;
- May be assigned different duties in accordance to Group exigencies from time to time.
