As our Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be a member of the Marketing Team, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for both GO and Klikk. You will assist with media coordination, content development, brand consistency, and performance tracking to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and aligned with business objectives.

  • Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or similar;
  • A minimum of 1 year experience working in a related field.

If this describes you, then this is a glimpse of what you'll be doing:

  • Support the Marketing, Digital, Product, and Channel teams in preparing campaign briefs with clear objectives based on audience insights.
  • Assist in ensuring all communications follow the brand tone of voice and visual guidelines.
  • Help coordinate campaign rollout across traditional media channels, in-store touchpoints, social media, and promotional events.
  • Assist in media planning and buying activities, including research of channels, gathering competitive data, and preparing proposals for approval.
  • Monitor media and campaign performance, compiling reports and insights to support optimisation decisions.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends, audience behaviour, and new digital opportunities to support team recommendations.
  • Track campaign budgets and assist with invoice processing, spend reporting, and budget files.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of assets and campaign materials.
  • Assist with product and promotional campaigns including scriptwriting input, content direction, and storytelling support.
  • Help translate marketing strategies into clear and engaging content across web, social, and retail channels.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events, including logistics, merchandise sourcing, and on-site setup support. 
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to request quotations, negotiate options where possible, and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Contribute to internal and external report preparation, competitor monitoring, and general campaign administration.
  • Help coordinate digital campaigns, product ads, and offer updates across Meta, Google, and web placements.
  • Support eCommerce and in-store teams by updating product content, visuals, and feature messaging.
  • Prepare basic performance reports and help track KPIs for ongoing campaign optimisation
  • May perform additional related duties based on team and business needs.
