Do you enjoy working within a team and achieving great results together? We are currently looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our GO Business Team. 

As our Business Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth by managing, developing, and retaining SME customers. This role focuses on building long-term, value-driven relationships with small and medium-sized accounts, ensuring their requirements are met and exceeded, while identifying opportunities for new business and revenue streams. Being an effective team player, having a customer-centric approach and possessing great communication skills will help you be successful in this role.

  • Have a minimum of 1-year of experience working in a sales role dealing with business customers.
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills; 
  • Good command of Maltese and English (both written & verbal); 
  • Focus on excellent customer care and be motivated by customer service; this motivation should be evident in the attitudes, values, behaviours and personality; 
  • Have a good understanding of the fixed line, broadband, TV and mobile markets, the services offered by the Group and should be skilled at discussing these services and identifying customer needs for them; and 
  • Possess a valid driving licence. 

Here’s how you can hit a few plus points for this position:

  • Be proficient in the use of standard Office Automation tools. 
  • Previous experience in the telecommunications sector will be considered as an asset. 

If this describes you, then this is a glimpse of what you will be doing:

  • Manage a portfolio and provide support to small and medium-sized customers, ensuring sustained revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Maintain open communication channels through regular calls, meetings, and follow-ups to minimise churn and protect revenue.
  • Ensure customers’ requirements and expectations are met with exceptional service delivery and thorough follow-up.
  • Identify new business leads, including potential customers, additional services, and new revenue streams. Reach defined sales and retention targets while contributing to the overall market share of the Group.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals and presentations to SME customers.
  • Act as a liaison between SME customers, the Sales team, the Business Solutions Team, and other Group companies for proposals, projects, and service delivery.
  • Provide operational support to Sales and Business Solutions teams, including follow-ups on requests and proposals.
  • Contribute to the general improvement of the Retention Team’s efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that all business opportunities are fully exploited.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Maintain a professional and presentable appearance while on duty.
