Do you enjoy working within a team and achieving great results together? We are currently looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our GO Business Team.
As our Business Relationship Executive, you will be the point of contact between GO’s business clients and the various internal teams to ensure that customers’ requirements and expectations are met through excellent customer service. Being an effective team player, having a customer-centric approach and possessing great communication skills will help you be successful in this role.

- Experience dealing with business customers;
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good command of Maltese and English (both written & verbal);
- Focus on excellent customer care and be motivated by customer service; this motivation should be evident in the attitudes, values, behaviours and personality;
- Have a good understanding of the fixed line, broadband, TV and mobile markets, the services offered by the Group and should be skilled at discussing these services and identifying customer needs for them; and
- Possess a valid driving licence.

- Be proficient in the use of standard Office Automation tools.
If this describes you, then this is a glimpse of what you will be doing:
- Driving customer satisfaction, customer retention and Group revenue growth through managing and developing existing and potential business customers;
- Ensuring that customers’ requirements and expectations are met by providing excellent customer support and thorough follow up;
- Following up business requests taken from call centre, by sales teams and outlets;
- Undertaking periodic calls to selected business customers to make new service offers, gauge customer feedback related to customer satisfaction, GO Group services and competitor services;
- Keeping open communication channels with business customers to minimise churn and loss of revenue;
- Identifying new business both in terms of new customers and new services;
- Acting as liaison between business customers, the various teams and departments on proposals and projects;
- Identifying new business leads both in terms of new customers, new services and new revenue streams;
- Reaching defined targets;
- Developing new ideas and ensure that maximum efforts are put in place with the aim of securing the very best levels of Customer Retention, thereby maintaining and securing the Company’s overall revenue and satisfaction with GO’s Products and Services;
- Drafting and organising presentations to selected customers;
- Being an effective team player, with the approach of improving the general effectiveness of the Retention Team as a whole, whilst ensuring that all business opportunities are exploited to the full, in the best interest of the Client and Company alike;
- Ensuring that all relevant Company processes and procedures and a high level of Client and Company confidentiality are strictly adhered to at all times;
- Ensure that you are suitably attired during the execution of your function as per Company dress code; and
- Participating in Trade Fairs and Exhibitions as and when necessary.
