We’re on the lookout for a Sales & Products Manager to drive revenue growth and profitability across GO Business by leading the commercialisation and sale of GO’s telecom, ICT, and digital services. The role ensures that sales teams across Corporate, SME, and SOHO segments are fully equipped and aligned to deliver value-based solutions to business clients. Acting as the bridge between product, marketing, and sales, the manager ensures GO’s business offerings are effectively positioned, communicated, and sold in line with company strategy.

• A Diploma in Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Management or other related subject. 

• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or commercial management within telecom or ICT sectors.

• Proven track record of achieving sales and retention targets.

• Experience in leading sales teams and managing performance.

• Proven record in managing products throughout their lifecycle, from concept to delivery.

• Excellent communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in the use of standard Office Automation tools; 

• A valid Driving License;

• Develop and implement sales strategies for GO Business products and services across all business segments.

• Drive achievement of sales and revenue targets across connectivity, mobile, broadband, Wi-Fi, ICT, security, and energy services.

• Support Relationship Managers, SME and SOHO Sales Executives through training, product briefings, and go-to-market guidance.

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Back Office teams to launch and optimise offers and bundles.

• Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling initiatives to increase customer value.

• Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and product take-up, proposing corrective actions where required.

• Lead and motivate a small team of sales professionals, fostering collaboration across all business channels.

• Engage directly with key business clients to support strategic opportunities and ensure long-term relationships.
