As a Business Relationship Senior Executive - Key Clients, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying new business leads, managing and retaining key customers. Possessing a flair for sales, being results orientated and having super communication skills will help you thrive in this position.

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in Account Management and/or Sales with corporate customers.
• Proven track record in Sales or Customer facing role, especially in relationship management.
• Focus on excellent customer care service; which should be evident in your attitudes, values, behaviours and personality.
• Proficiency in the use of standard Office Automation tools;
• A valid Driving License;
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken).
Here’s how you can hit a few plus points for this position:
• A Diploma in Sales, Customer Care, Management or other related subject.
• Have a good understanding of the fixed line, broadband, tv, mobile markets and the services offered by the Group. Skilled at discussing these services and identifying customer needs for them.
If this describes you, here’s a glimpse of what you will be doing in this position:
• Manage a portfolio and provide support to top and medium-sized key customers, ensuring sustained revenue growth and customer retention.
• Maintain open communication channels through regular calls, meetings, and follow-ups to minimise churn and protect revenue.
• Ensure customers’ requirements and expectations are met with exceptional service delivery and thorough follow-up.
• Identify new business leads, including potential customers, additional services, and new revenue streams. Reach defined sales and retention targets while contributing to the overall market share of the Group.
• Develop and present tailored proposals and presentations to key customers.
• Act as a liaison between key customers, the Sales team, the Business Solutions Team, and other Group companies for proposals, projects, and service delivery.
• Provide operational support to Sales and Business Solutions teams, including follow-ups on requests and proposals.
• Contribute to the general improvement of the Retention Team’s efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that all business opportunities are fully exploited.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and confidentiality agreements.
• Maintain a professional and presentable appearance while on duty.
