As our Business Support Officer, you will be interacting with our business customers and in turn ensuring that all client matters are clearly communicated within GO Business. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential issues or complaints will make you successful in this opportunity.
In addition to supporting GO Business, a substantial part of your role will involve telesales, specifically with small business clients. You will be responsible for acquiring leads, closing sales, and maintaining long-term client relationships to ensure their needs are met and to drive our sales growth.
Problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and assertiveness go a long way when dealing with people. Therefore, if you have these attributes, you will surely stand out. As for the rest, we will teach you everything else you need to know. So as long as you’re willing to learn, this position is a great opportunity to grow and develop yourself within a fast-paced environment.

- O-Level Standard of Education
- Be proficient in both Maltese and English
- Have good communication, writing and interpersonal skills;
- Possess a positive attitude and a ‘can do’ approach;
- Be willing to learn and attend further training to keep up with latest updates;
- Be IT literate and conversant with office automated tools;

If this describes you, here’s a glimpse of what you will be doing in this position:
- Undertaking telesales and handling call backs to the GO Business team;
- Following up open issues with other departments in relation to the commission system;
- Assisting with the various functions of the GO Business team as required;
- Handling calls on behalf of colleagues;
- Assisting with user acceptance testing in relation to new and improved products / services;
- Ensuring that all matters, trends and clients comments/issues arising as a result of the execution of the Retention/Customer Support function are freely communicated within the GO Business Channel to encourage an effective flow of information;
- May be assigned different duties in accordance to Group exigencies from time to time.
