We are currently in search of an exceptional Chief People Officer who can effectively lead our organization's heart through a highly motivated and high-performing People Team. As the driving force behind our human resources function, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our Human Resource strategy to meet the ever-evolving needs of our business. In this dynamic position, you will be tasked with striking a delicate balance between advocating for our employees, collaborating with various stakeholders, and safeguarding the interests of our shareholders.

We are seeking a hardworking leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and work alongside our dedicated People Team. As our Chief People Officer, you will leverage your expertise to build upon our existing people programs and provide strategic direction in key areas such as talent growth, employee lifecycle management, and retention initiatives. Your strategic leadership will significantly enhance our People team's service delivery and expand their expertise.

In this integral role, you will have the opportunity to join our esteemed Executive Committee and report directly to Nikhil Patil, our Chief Executive Officer. Your insights and contributions will directly shape our organization's people strategy and play a pivotal role in driving our success.

To excel in this position, you will possess the following attributes:

  • Previous years of experience in HR/people leadership;

Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing as our Chief People Officer:

  • Designing, leading, and managing HR strategic objectives and solutions that effectively communicate and support our organization's mission and strategic vision;
  • Leading, managing, and directing the people team, ensuring the delivery of specialized solutions and developing the team's performance and competencies;
  • Optimising the use of people analytics software to take informed decisions in the best interests of the business needs of the organisation;
  • Promoting an inclusive and diverse organizational culture;
  • Managing recruitment and retention strategies;
  • Overseeing training and development initiatives;
  • Driving performance management initiatives and tracking efficiency levels;
  • Reviewing and aligning organizational design and supporting reorganization efforts in various departments;
  • Managing right-sizing and restructuring initiatives;
  • Coaching, supporting, mentoring, and challenging management levels in the application of HR policies and practices, minimizing risk, identifying influencing factors, and reducing negative outcomes;
  • Designing and executing compensation strategies;
  • Generating ideas and supporting the enhancement of our employer brand;
  • Providing HR-related advice to the Board of Directors and the management team;
  • Leading collective agreement negotiations and managing labor relations effectively;
  • Providing support to the management team on labor relations issues and facilitating communication with employee unions;
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and handling legal requirements related to labor relations.
