	<li>Hold an ICT related certificate;</li>

	<li>Have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written (Maltese and English); and</li>
	<li>Have a valid driving license and the ability to drive.</li>

	<li>Have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment within&nbsp;Telecommunications or IT;</li>
	<li>Hold an ICT Diploma or equivalent;</li>
	<li>Hands-on experience with configuration and troubleshooting on Internet-related technologies; and</li>
	<li>Hold a Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent.</li>

<ul>
	<li>Provide top-notch in-person, telephone, online, and e-mail support, going beyond customer expectations;</li>
	<li>Fully oversee technology solutions from design to after-sales support, adhering to Service Level Agreements;</li>
	<li>Offer operational support, preventive maintenance, security, capacity planning, and more;</li>
	<li>Liaise with the Business Sales team and coordinate with different departments to understand customer networking applications and requirements;</li>
	<li>Assist in pre-sales consultancy, contribute to sales initiatives, and issue bill of materials for works as required;</li>
	<li>Design, Implement and Support systems including Call Centre, CTI and Unified communications and various networking solutions;</li>
	<li>Prepare system specifications to support upgrades to the system(s), and ensure proper integration including the preparation of a lab setup/demo for the client;</li>
	<li>Support of networking solutions based on state-of-the-art technologies, such as VPN, high-availability IP setups, Intrusion Detection Systems, security, VOIP, Gigabit Ethernet and WIFI systems;</li>
	<li>Stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of new technologies, and earning certifications within the industry, may include travel for training sessions; and</li>
	<li>Post may require on-call duties and out-of-office hours support.</li>
</ul>

IT Support Technician

We are looking for a driven individual with strong communication skills to join our growing team as a Technician. This team has a customer-centric mindset and is dedicated to going above and beyond for our customers day in and day out.

As our Technician, you will be working directly on the front-line, interacting daily with our customers to ensure they have all of their services working smoothly. You will be provided with all the necessary tools, including a mobile device, a laptop, and a company van to be able to perform your duties at your utmost. After the training period, you will mostly be working on your own however there&rsquo;s a great team spirit and if you need assistance, your colleagues will be just a phone call away.

Kindness, patience, and charisma go a long way when you&rsquo;re dealing with people. Therefore we do expect that you have these attributes to be able to thrive in this position. As for the rest, we will teach you everything else you need to know. 	<li>Opening of manholes;</li>
	<li>Working at heights on ladders and cherry pickers;</li>
	<li>Driving a cherry picker when required;</li>
	<li>Stocking outdoor cabinets with pre-wires;</li>
	<li>Ordering stock;</li>
	<li>Working in all test-rooms and RSS whenever is required;</li>
	<li>Using GO systems to provision, rectify faults, update records and stock.</li>
	<li>Ensuring optimal customer service;</li>
	<li>Work continuation and overtime when needed;</li>
	<li>Work on-call schedules;</li>
